"Advance Exchange"
- The "Advance Exchange Program" allows for a part to be shipped in advance to you allowing for a "one-stop exchange" for the customer.
- The "Core-Charge" must be paid in advance during the part order. The part exchange cost along with an additional Core-Charge will billed upon shipping to you.
- The Core-Charge will be fully reimbursed upon receipt of the cutomer's faulty part (original invoice copy showing paid Core-Charge required)
- The following radio chassis are eligible for Advance Exchange:
612, 754, 780, 1480, 1492, 1692, 3302, 3309, 6003
- Faceplates are available seperately for Advance Exchange on models 612, 754, 780, 1480, 1432
- All Advance Exchange items are covered by our 1 year parts and labor warranty
"ONE-DAY Exchange"
- The "ONE-DAY Exchange Program" allows for extremely fast service. Most parts allow for a "one-day turn around time"
- UPS Shipping is NOT included with exchange cost. You can select the speed of the return delivery
- The following radio chassis are eligible for exchange:
612, 754, 780, 1480, 1432 (front), 1432 (rear), 1532 (S-Class rear), 1492, 1692, 3302, 3309, 6003

"Individual Repair"
- The "Individual Repair Program" allows a customer to have their own radio part serviced, keeping vehicle originality and being billed for actual parts and labor required.
- The average repair time from the date of receipt is approximately 7 to 10 working days.
- All Individual Repaired items will be covered by our 1 year parts and labor warranty.
- With an Individual Repair, estimates are available when requested in advanced. A $25 charge will be billed against all denied estimates.
