Exchange
- The following radio chassis are eligible for exchange: 612, 754, 780, 1480, 1432 (front), 1432 (rear), 1532 (rear), 1492, 1692, 3302,3309,6003.
- All exchange items will be completely covered by our 90 day warranty.
- An average exchanged item from date of receipt is approximately two working days.
- Remember, we treat the face plate and radio chassis as separate pieces.
Repair
- Average repair time from the date receipt is approximately 7 to 10 working days.
- All repair items will be completely covered by our 90 day warranty.
- Estimate is issued only when requested in advanced. $25 charge will billing against all denied estimates.
- Individual may choose Visa, Mastercard, American Express or COD for their payment options.
- Independent dealers are encouraged to open an account for either a COD, company check or net 30 days which could ease billing transaction.
We can add a hardwired Aux Input to all repairs or exchanges for an additional fee
