the unit needs to be shipped to us for this modification.
The auxiliary option
is done with an external cable coming out of the rear or bottom
of the unit. The cable has a black box with a female 3.5 mm socket
at the end. A 3.5 mm male to male cable is also provided. The black
box can be mounted anywhere convenient (under or the side if the
dash, glove box ashtray)

To access the auxiliary audio (mp3,satellite ect.)
insert one side of the 3.5 mm male to male into the female
3.5 mm socket on the black box. The other
end of the 3.5 male to male into the 3.5mm socket on the auxiliary
device. The radio can be on AM or FM. The Auxiliary
audio is hardwired into the audio circuit not modulated. To
return to the radio simply unplug the 3.5 mm plug from the
black box.
