Incoming Shipments

Pack the defective component well. Use a large enough box to allow for proper padding. We recommend using bubble wrap around the radio. Wrap it well. Protecting the faceplate and rear of the radio is very important. Inferior packaging may result in physical damage which could result in additional repair costs. Be sure the box is large enough for the wrapped device to fit snug. Shifting around in the box could also cause damage. We accept domestic and international shipments. You can use any carrier you would like. Please include the completed repair form with your defective component.
